Everyone I may have offended.
Particularly you, Lieutenant Matsumoto, I am deeply, deeply apologetic. Archangel, if you would do something about this door, please.

LATER EDIT: My god, what have Sparrow and Sands been up to?

EVEN LATER EDIT: Oh...what was that word again? Oh yes.

OH FUCK.

You are released, Son of Adam. And are you not better off for having be able to do no harm yesterday?

Yes, and in my defence I thought this was the safest place in both the bloody worlds for it. How was I to know that thrice-damned tentacled monstrosity could follow us here? The fact he's likely as trapped as we are is no bloody consolation, either. Hold off from whatever deadly poisons you're plotting to drop in my dinner, though, I've been in and out of this city far longer than Jones has, and I know enough places and people to hide the damn thing, and more importantly, they're all on land.

And of course, I know where it is: Sparrow was stupid enough to let slip on one of his journal comments exactly where he's got it hidden, and it's there, I've checked when I went to fetch you a blanket. Unusually lax of such a good pirate. With the condition he's in now, it'd be a matter of five minutes to get the thing, get it off his ship, and then I'm away across the city to places where Jones and his scabrous minions can't touch me. Now, what say you to this strategy, ma'am?

Unless you know how to use the thing to control Jones and the Dutchman, of course. I remember Beckett ranting something about that whilst he thought I was unconscious.

It control him. He come with it. I know the heart be move from world to world, it make it so I not able to follow him. I thought you smart enough to leave it behind - he go where him heart go. Now, him stuck here with us. You can kill him heart, but him die only in our world, and still be here. This not the sea of our world, there not be the same rules. He not confined to him ship.

I know how to be using it.

If I'd known that, Miss Dalma, I'd have dropped the blasted thing in a volcano.

Wait... Not confined to his ship?

For God's sake, if you're on the Swan, go and get it, woman, before Sparrow's recovered enough to stop you! It's under his bed, in some sort of chest.

Fine, if it's so disgusting to you, I'll hold the damn thing for you whilst you perform the necessaries. I've spent a good week or so with it clasped against my bosom, it can't get much worse than having to hear that thing throbbing disgustingly every night.

Well, you'll have to catch me first. On land.

Deal? You've no power over me, Jones. I'm neither so cowardly and fearful of death that I'd make a deal with the devil to hide from it on a cursed ship, nor weak enough that I'd need supernatural help to hold command of a ship for a decade or so. Of course, you might well capture me and torture me to within an inch of my life...

Oh blast.

Well, good evening to you, you slimy monstrosity.
